COMMUNION

PREFACE:

In the days of The Reformation, the Reformers  vigorously debated The Communion.

They argued, debated and disagreed about the implications of the words that were

spoken by Jesus about himself , as to being ’The Door,’  A Vine, and in relation to The

Communion of Remembrance of himself as “The Bread and Wine” being his body and

Blood, which called for The Church of Rome to call upon ’Transubstantiation’ to

make this a virtual reality of truth.

While the reformers revealed the cross and Jesus as The Lamb, they revealed a Christ

who could be known by those who would believe.  They however failed, with any

clarity, to reveal Christ in his heavenly work  as Baptiser with Holy Spirit, which fulfils

his work, AS THE WAY, to his God and Father, but  lack of this work robs the believer of being

taught Truth by God Himself, The Spirit of Truth.

Communion, however, wherever, and by whomever it is practised , will remain to be

powerful, in its statement of belief , however correct or incorrectly it is remembered.

Paul, in Philippians 1: 18 says : the important thing is that in everything, whether from

false motives or true, Christ is preached, and because of this I rejoice.

However, all this being considered, it is essential for what is the truth of Communion

to be carried out with clear  understanding of its powerful message and of its witness

to the gospel message of God and Christ, His Son.  It is to be an ongoing message of

The Church to The World, of The Baptised, to The Unbaptised with Holy Spirit, and to

Principalities and Powers who hate the testimony of communion and its remembrance of Christ.

It is for the Church to be the manifold wisdom of God, to know Him and His Truths and His

goodness to which Communion testifies for His purposes.

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES WITH COMMUNION:

Communion as remembered by the church, is with many variations because of the differing convictions as to its meaning.

Differing denominations, believing themselves to be of the church, place communion in their services in the guise and confines of their belief.

It is the words of their message given by those who distribute that will state their particular understanding of communion, and are carried out with genuine conviction.

Jesus had said “ I give to you my Body,”  thus alluding to the work that his body would do in the purposes of God.  Matthew 26 : 26  says that we are to eat of it which is extravagant in its meaning, but which is essential to describe the calling that is expected of us.  We are to take  totally to ourselves, all the work that by his body he was to  achieve.

THE FATAL ERRORS DOMINATING THE CHURCH.

A great many Doctrines have been formed from Christ’s exhortation in what is called Communion.

Luke 22: 19-30   1 Corinthians 11: 1-34   1 Corinthians 10: 16-17

Those who believe that they eat the actual body of Christ and do drink his blood, are those who at infant baptism ‘jump over’ the first step for anyone who would come to God through Jesus Christ.  The infant is said to be In Christ, a position which is only entered AFTER Baptism, with Holy Spirit.  This cannot occur at infant baptism; any more than for those who come to the cross and are told that they are Born Again.

Then there are those who give potent centralisation of  personal sin in the work of the cross. believing the cross to be the completed work, believing they have received Eternal Life without  being born again by God’s Spirit.

John 3: 3-8    Romans 8: 10  but not 11

It is the deep concentration on the blood because of ignorance of what is God’s  work and requirements, which they must know if they would be saved and come to know God Himself, through Jesus, given body, and be In Christ.

THE BLOOD IS IN THE BREAD WHICH SYMBOLISES  THE BODY.

JESUS’ PHYSICAL BODY

When God sent Jesus to be The Son of Man, he came out from heaven and his various heavenly positions but especially his role as The Angel of The LORD, The Messenger of God’s Covenant, and God’s Word.

Genesis 16: 7- 14    Exodus 3: 2    Exodus 33 : 2    Judges 6 : 11    Daniel 10 : 4-11

John 1: 1    Malachi  3: 1- 3

To become The Son of Man, God prepared for Jesus  a PHYSICAL BODY WHICH WAS GOD’S NECESSITY IN ORDER TO FULFILL THE WORKS THAT GOD HAD PLANNED FOR HIM TO BE AND TO DO AS GOD’S LAMB,

as a Guilt Offering and a Sin Offering for all mankind.

Hebrews 10: 5-7    1 Timothy 3: 16   John 1 : 29    Romans 5: 15-21   Hebrews 2: 14-16

Isaiah 53 :10    Romans 8: 3-4    Colossians 1: 19-22

God exerted His power to raise Jesus Bodily from among those in The Death Realm where, as The Son of God, he was empowered by God’s Spirit to preach, as a man, to those in captivity in The Underworld.

Ephesians 1: 17-22    Galatians 1: 1    Romans 1: 3-4    1 Peter 3 : 18-20

As The resurrected Son of God, he gave convincing proof that he was alive.

Jesus spent forty days teaching and exhorting his chosen apostles, emphasising his commands that they wait for the Baptism with Holy Spirit.

Jesus, in the sight of the apostles ascended bodily  to heaven, with The raised up Holy Ones, entering heaven, that had been closed, due to Adam’s sin.  The angels declared his return.

Acts 1: 1-9  Ephesians 4: 7-10  Hebrews 9: 24  John 3: 13  Matthew 27: 51-53

Ephesians 2: 18-22     Hebrews 4: 14-16

When he arrived in Heaven, God The Father sat him on His right  hand, exalting  Jesus as the risen Son of God, to the position as Christ and Lord, giving  him the work as Baptiser with Holy Spirit.

As Head of those called The Church, being the First fruits of the Resurrection and as High Priest, he will judge  those called The Church.  He became The Cornerstone of God’s Spiritual Temple, and The Holy Ones, the foundation of The Temple which is  described in Ezekiel Chapters 40 -47     It is This Temple that believers are built into by Christ.

Acts 2: 31 36     Revelation 3: 1     Romans 1: 3-4      Ephesians 1: 19-23

Corinthians 15: 20-28     2 Corinthians 5: 10     1 Peter 2: 4-8     Ephesians 2: 19-22  John 2: 19-22     Hebrews 5:1-6

As The Ascended Christ, he was seen in his heavenly bodily form which is like that of The Son of Man, by Stephen, Paul and John.

Acts 7: 54-60    Acts 9:3-6    Revelation 1: 12-18     [Daniel 10: 4-11]

Jesus will rule as a man on David’s Throne for 1000 years with the Holy Ones he took to Heaven with him, and all those In Christ, those called ‘The church’  who only will inherit Eternal Life because they did the will of God The Father.

Daniel 7: 13-14     Isaiah 52: 7-10     Romans 1: 2-3   Revelation 20: 4-6

Matthew 7: 21- 23      2 Corinthians 5: 10     1 Thessalonians 4: 16

FOR THOSE WHO WOULD BELIEVE it is important to know him as The Son of God, because to believe that he is GOD makes it impossible to be an over-comer.  It is only by God’s power we can overcome and this strength is not available from God if Jesus is trusted in as God.    Jesus was raised by God as The Son of God; NOT GOD.   Romans 1: 3-4

1 John 5: 1-5    Revelation 3: 11-12    Ephesians 4: 5-6    John 14: 10-12

Mark 16: 14-18    Acts 1: 4 Amp.    John 3: 16    Isaiah 46 :5-18     Isaiah 45: 22-24  [shall to God]      Philippians 2: 10-11 [ should to Jesus]    Luke 22: 42

The understanding of what is Jesus’ work as The son of man and what is his work, as The Exalted Son of God, is required to build appreciation as to what The Bread of Communion stands for, as we are to remember him.   Luke 22: 19

A Personal Comment :

While believing Jesus to be God, and not knowing his heavenly work as Baptiser with Holy Spirit, I found the exhortation to remember Jesus in Communion unsettling, simply because I thought of him, all the time.

Due to correction in accordance with God’s Word, by knowing Christ’s Work as Baptiser with Holy Spirit and coming to know him as The Son of God, but not God.  Now we obey God’s Will, giving Him all thanks and praise for all things and in communion we remember Christ’s full work in the purposes of God.

THE PROGRESSIVE, PROPHETIC POSITIONS OF CHRIST

Ezekiel  41: 17-20          Cherubim   -   The Son Of Man   /   The Lion Of Judah

THE COMMUNION AS SET UP BY JESUS, prior to his death.

This is to be found in Matthew 26: 17-30    Mark 14: 12-25    Luke 22: 7-29 with no record in John’s Gospel.  However in John’s Gospel the texts and chapters refer to The PROMISED SPIRIT OF GOD, which relates directly to the Spiritual essence of  The Cup of The New Covenant which Jesus adhered to in Luke 22: 19

THE PASSOVER IS NOT OUR COMMUNION:

At his Last supper, with his disciples, his death imminent, Jesus wanted to celebrate The Passover and to eat of it with his disciples.

It must be remembered that the Passover is not our Communion.  Our communion  is the Celebrated Spiritual Deliverance from out of The Death Realm, and into Life,

FOR REAL, by Jesus’ death according to God’s will.

The Passover was established for protection, as God displayed His Power, over The gods of Egypt.

Jesus in foreknowledge before his death knew what God intended to do by sacrificing  him as His Sacrificial Lamb, which was for all mankind to know  Spiritual  Deliverance out from The Death Realm, and its consequences and  be placed in Life.

The Cup of The New Covenant, is relevant to his sacrifice, by  which he would present and  establish a certain hope, for his disciples and all who would believe in him.

Exodus 12 : 24-30    Ephesians 4:5-6    1 Corinthians 12: 13    Matthew 3:11-12   Hebrews 6: 9-12    Acts 11: 17

THE FIRST PASSOVER:

I was encouraged to check up as to what the preparation of The Passover consisted of in Exodus  12, and I saw a difference from the original Passover details of preparation. There was an added element; a Drink Offering  which Jesus and his disciples partook of at their celebration of Passover.

Why was there NO DRINK OFFERING in the original Passover set up?   What was the added Cup, that we see Jesus and his disciples drinking?

THE GIVING OF A DRINK OFFERING:

We see this first intimated in Genesis 28: 10-27,  when Jacob, while fleeing from Esau, met God and as a result he set up a Pillar, poured oil on it, as he committed himself to God’s care.  This place was Bethel and it was on Jacob’s return to Bethel, in

Genesis 35: 1-15  we see him pouring out a drink offering to God, upon which he also poured oil when he received God’s confirmation of God’s Abrahamic blessing of inheritance of land and of his name being changed to from Jacob to Israel.

Jacob’s Drink offering was given to God.

Jacob’s communication with God, called for the Drink Offering from Jacob,  being Jacob’s recognition of God’s goodness in his name change which had previously been promised to him by God’s Angel in Genesis 32: 22-31 and was confirmed by God, The Father.

 ISRAEL AS A NATION:

In the institution of The Passover [established as Israel prepared to exit Egypt to be established in a Promised Land], as well as The Sacrificial Offerings, there were NO Drink Offerings, until we see in Numbers 15 : 1-5  God ordain the Drink Offering to be included in The Passover and Sacrificial Offerings.

This was when Israel would enter their Promised Land, which they did under the leadership of Joshua.  It was the sign of the fulfilment of God’s Promise to Israel.

It would appear that obedience was to be demonstrated, by confirming God’s requirement of them.

They did this by maintaining The Way to please God through Sacrifice which was the sign of giving themselves to God in Faith.  It would appear that the withholding of the Drink Offering in the work of the Passover and of the Sacrificial Offerings when first established, before the obligations to fulfil them were obeyed by Israel, that God’s purpose would have been to see their obedience.  When He saw this, He ordained The Drink Offering to be included where it had not been, in order to show His Praise because of their obedience.

This is what the disciples and Jesus drank of which alluded to the time of The Passover, which was to find fulfilment in The Kingdom of God.  The only way for this to occur would be for those of  Israel to accept Jesus as The Messiah, God’s Christ and Lord.  In order to drink The Cup of The Passover in The Kingdom of God, they are to drink, God’s Drink Offering, THE CUP OF THE NEW COVENANT, which is only possible as they receive in obedience Christ’s Work as Lamb of God and Baptiser with Holy Spirit.

John 14: 13-15    John 13: 34    John 20: 23    Acts 1: 4-5    1 Corinthians 12: 13

In a strong prophetic Word, Jesus introduced The Cup of The New Covenant,  which he relates prophetically to his disciples stating they would be in his kingdom on Thrones, judging the Twelve tribes of Israel.  This speaks of his earthly Kingdom in which they will reign for 1000 years with  him, and all others ‘In Christ’, who by fulfilling their righteous obligations to God, by doing His will,  will inherit eternal life by Christ’s judgement.

Romans 2:29    Matthew 7: 21-23     2 Corinthians 5: 10    Matthew 19: 19-28

Luke 22: 30   Revelation 20: 4-6   John 1: 29- 34   1 Corinthians 12: 3   John 15: 26

THE CUP OF THE NEW COVENANT,   IS NOT A CUP OF BLOOD.

BUT  A CUP OF CELEBRATION.    IT IS GOD’S OFFERING TO MANKIND IN CONFIRMATION OF JESUS’ FULL WORK BEING FULFILLED IN THE BELIEVER TO GIVE THE VIEW OF A HEAVENLY KINGDOM AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD.

Jeremiah 31 :33-34    Hebrews 10: 15-18    Luke 22: 20    Hebrews 6: 13-20

                                      HOW ?

GOD SAYS  “I WILL PUT MY LAWS IN YOUR HEART AND WRITE THEM ON YOUR MIND”  Hebrews 10: 15-18    Hebrews 8: 10-18,  which only applies to those  “In Christ.”

****  Many would believe that the entirety of God’s New Covenant  is completely the work of the blood and the Baptism with Holy Spirit, and believe by knowing this they have fulfilled God’s Covenant, rather than THEY ARE THE MEANS OF RECEIVING GOD’S NEW COVENANT PROMISES THAT WE MUST DRINK SPIRITUALLY OF IT  CONTINUALLY IN ORDER TO KNOW GOD AND HIS GOODNESS.

Luke 22:20-30    1 Corinthians 12:13-18    Romans 2: 29    Ephesians 2:6

Matthew 13: 47-50    Ephesians 4: 5-6    Ezekiel 44: 10-14    1 Corinthians  8:6  Galatians 5: 16-25    John 1: 29-34     Matthew 7: 21-23

Communion celebrates THE FULFILMENT OF GOD’S WORK IN US.

Communion celebrates  OUR RECOGNITION OF GOD’S CARE.

Communion celebrates  A CUP THAT WILL NEVER BE EMPTY, no matter how much is drunk.

The fulfilment of The Passover has been accomplished by Jesus as God’s Lamb.  Obedience to the requirements of Passover brought forth The Drink Offering to be given from MAN TO GOD.

It is obedience to the work of Christ Jesus, as Lamb of God and of Baptiser with Holy Spirit that a Cup has been given TO MAN FROM GOD.

THE FORGOTTEN WORDS, IN GOD’S WORD, WHICH WOULD GIVE REVELATION

OF COMMUNION.

Many stand strongly in their convictions based upon The New Testament in particular from Acts to Revelation and take all spiritual work and positions proclaimed in these Books, and yet totally disregard the Words of Jesus in The Gospels, especially those that relate to The Baptism with Holy Spirit.

By this they hinder ‘the full meaning’ of Communion. They also ignore commands and words that relate to The Old Testament, and especially those which relate to The Old Testament sacrifices,  believing that  these words are unrelated to The New Covenant Cup which Communion is Celebrating.

This has hatched misunderstanding of words of great meaning, that would reveal The Truth of  God’s unchanging plan of Salvation.  For man to know The Way to come to God Himself, and partake of The New Covenant with understanding, it is necessary to talk about misunderstandings,  which prevent blockages being a continuing condition.

John 12: 47-50   John 8: 51    John 14: 31    Colossians 1:23   John 14:13-17

Acts 1: 4-5    Mark 16: 14-18    Revelation 3:14-20    Ezekiel 44: 5    Ezekiel 43: 11

Hebrews 6: 11-12    Hebrews 5: 11    Hebrews 3: 14

THE WORDS OF GREAT MEANING IN GOD’S WORD IN REGARD TO COMMUNION. They are The Lamb OF God

The Sprinkling and pouring of Blood.

THE WORD REGARDING         THE LAMB OF GOD :

In Psalm 49: 7-9    But God has declared in The Psalms that NO MAN could redeem another however righteous.

God brought forth His man, Jesus  to be His Lamb

God, The Father, took His Chief Angel, who was with Him before ‘the beginning’ and brought him forward, as The Son of Man.  He was not born as other men, under Adam’s Curse, because he was conceived by God’s Spirit in Mary.  God brought him forth, as He had brought forth The First Adam, who had been without sin.

GOD’S MAN IS NOT A DIETY, BUT WAS BROUGHT INTO BEING AS THE SON OF MAN.  IN ORDER TO BE GOD’S LAMB, IN ORDER FOR GOD TO FULFIL HIS OWN CRITERIA, OF HOW THAT MAN MAY COME TO HIM.

From all appearances of Jesus by men he was seen as an illegitimate.  As a Child he was wilful and strong minded, but mindful to observe God’s Laws.  He died the death, of one cursed, when he was crucified as a criminal, in the eyes of the Gentile world and of

Israel’s Laws.  As it was asked of him: can any good thing come out from Nazareth?

As a man, a carpenter, who to all appearances took too much upon himself, and was seen as an upstart who led the people astray by signs and wonders and words of great wisdom.

He appeared to be lawless and he died as such.  BUT  in God’s eyes this was not so : but a man prepared for God’s purposes.

Jesus declared himself to be  “a man who has told the truth that he heard from God.”

John 8: 46    John 1: 43-51    John 2: 12-25    John Ch. 7.

Therefore God, The Father,  planned to have all His fullness dwell in Jesus, by His Spirit in Jesus,  which fulfilled THE NAME IMMANUEL, in order that, God could  reconcile to Himself all things, making peace through Jesus’ shed blood.   On the cross, God by His Spirit in Jesus fulfilled His obligation to His own Word when Jesus, as a man, as God’s Lamb shed his blood in the place of God Himself, according to The Old Testament Stipulations and Regulations of Sacrifice.

Initially Jesus died as God’s Lamb for God’s purposes,        NOT FOR MANKIND, whose redemption was,  God’s purpose

1 John 5: 1-5    Acts 20:28    John 1: 29    Colossians 1: 19-22   Romans 5: 15-19  Hebrews 5:7-8    Hebrews 2: 10-18    Isaiah 7: 14    Matthew 1 : 22

Luke 3: 21-23     John 1: 1**

The word VICARIOUS APPLIED to the sacrifice of Jesus, has been misunderstood, to believe that redemption was Jesus’ plan, to act as a substitute and to suffer on the behalf of all mankind, rather than it was his willingness to shed his life, for the purposes of God Himself.  God’s purpose were for all mankind to be free to take His full Salvation and to know its Eternal Consequences of blessing.

John 3: 16   Luke 22: 42-43   Galatians 3: 13-14    Galatians 1: 1    Romans 1: 3-4

Ephesians 3:10-12    Ephesians 6: 10-18    Hebrews 3: 2

Jesus is said to be THE PROPITIATION and the expiation for our sins.  The word propitiation means, a gift, to show favour, to appease.  Jesus gave his body to God in order that God could show favour to mankind, WHO would favour God’s Gift of salvation.  Jesus was a satisfactory gift to God, as God’s Lamb in order to appease, by God making concessions to sinful men and for the sinful man that they be saved and come into God’s Favour.   Romans 2: 29  The Bread ‘symbolises’ his body AND blood.  It is necessary to see the centre of the flower and to realise that if God Himself had not fulfilled His obligation, that mankind would have had no hope of Everlasting Life with Him.  Because He is merciful and is Love, He has given us a Cup that pertains to what and who He is, from whom we can know all He would have us to have.

Ephesians 3: 14-19    Colossians 2: 9    Hebrews 10: 15-18    Hebrews 8 : 10-15

THE CRITERIA OF THE BLOOD.

In God’s Criteria of  The Blood, which He set out in Genesis 9: 5-6 , He planned that it would call for Himself to shed His Blood AND THIS WOULD BE BY A MAN.

Because of God being of The Spirit Realm, He would Not have blood to shed; so it required A MAN TO BE HIS LAMB IN ORDER TO FULFIL HIS OWN CRITERIA.

Because God had caused men to shed blood, in obligation to righteousness demanded by God.  So  He planned His purposes that He must shed His blood, by a man, as His Lamb,  in order to reciprocate His Covenant Agreement, He made to all mankind, in the days of Noah, after The flood.

He made this Criteria in Gen. 9:  5-6   John 3:16  Isaiah 61: 1-7  Isaiah 53:   Isaiah 49:1-7

GOD’S CRITERIA  was made by God Himself in order to revoke His curse He had placed on all mankind when Adam sinned, in order to make a New Way for all who would come in  repentance to Him, and with faith and belief in Jesus.

He would open Heaven that had been closed since the Fall of Adam.

He would release from Paradise, His Holy Ones, whom He had already judged to be Righteous, where they had been kept waiting for heaven to be opened by God fulfilling His  Criteria of The Blood.  Jesus was literally and in full reality , God’s lamb for God’s planned purposes to redeem mankind.  This was carried out under The Old Testament Stipulations and Regulations of sacrifice, and therefore the work of the sacrifices should speak volumes to us because Jesus’ sacrifice as God’s Lamb, was a Guilt Offering and a Sin Offering.

Acts 20:28 Genesis 17: 1-14 Genesis 22: 8    John 3: 13  Hebrews 9: 15-16 / 24  Ephesians 4: 7-10  Leviticus Chapters 1- 7.  Isaiah 53 : 10  Romans 8: 3-4   John 3: 16

THE FULFILMENT OF THIS CRITERIA  BEGAN AT THE DEATH OF JESUS ON THE  CROSS.  ITS CONFIRMATION BEING THE RESURRECTION OF THE HOLY ONES AT THE TIME JESUS DIED.  GOD’S OBLIGATION WAS FULFILLED.  HE CONFIRMED HIS COVENANT.

John 3: 16  Luke 22: 42-43  Galatians 3: 13-14   Galatians 1:1  Romans 1: 3-4

Ephesians 3: 10-12   Ephesians 6: 10-18   Hebrews 3: 2

THE WORDS SPRINKLING AND POURING:OF BLOOD.

Leviticus Cps 1-7 ,1 Peter 1:2  Luke 22: 20

TO UNDERSTAND JESUS’ WORDS IN REGARD TO THE CUP OF THE NEW COVENANT IT IS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORD “POURED” IS AN ARROW GIVING DIRECTION BY BLOOD AS TO WHERE, WHAT AND TO WHOM, THE CUP OF THE NEW COVENANT IS TO BE PARTAKEN OF AND WHAT IS ITS VALUE AND THE COST OF ESTABLISHMENT.

John 3: 16

THE WORDS SPRINKLING AND POURING WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A PARTICULAR SACRIFICIAL OFFERING ARE WORDS which figure very importantly in ESTABLISHING a Spiritual position.  Depending upon what The Sacrificial Offering is trusted in, will dictate where and upon what, the Blood is sprinkled or where it was poured.

The “Sprinkling and The Pouring” of blood ARE TODAY THE CONTINUIUNG DIRECTIVES GIVEN BY GOD AND WHICH, BY THEIR WORK, GIVE THE MESSAGE OF THE EFFECTIVENESS AND LIMITATIONS OF ANY PARTICULAR SACRIFICE’S STIPULATION AND REGULATIONS.

The blood  represented in The Bread which speaks of Jesus’ body is the essential  condition of entrance and exits in God’s Present Spiritual Temple.  This is where the arrangements and design speak loudly of His Regulations and Laws.   This is where the Sprinkling and the Pouring give their understanding to the believer as to where they stand Spiritually, in their ‘Spiritual Journey’.  The blood speaks of this journey.

The word Sprinkling of The Blood, giving the message to ‘Go On’, and the Pouring of The blood, means a work done and completed, no need to go  on or to be repeated.

The particular work is finished, as Jesus said of his work on the cross.

Ezekiel Chps 40-47   Ezekiel 44 : 5    43: 10-11    Hebrews 10:18**  Hebrews 6: 4 -6

ONE SACRIFICE FOR TWO WORKS IS DECLARED IN THE BREAD OF COMMUNION SYMBOLISING THE BODY OF CHRIST.

THE SPRINKLED BLOOD OF THE GUILT OFFERING AND THE POURED BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING DICTATE THE WORK ACCOMPLISHED ON THE CROSS DECLARING TWO SEPARATE WORKS WHICH ACCOMPLISH TWO SPIRITUAL POSITIONS.

This was accomplished by Jesus as God’s Lamb as a Guilt Offering and a Sin Offering.

Isaiah 53: 10  Romans 8: 3  1 John 2:1-2     Hebrews 13: 11-14

THE JOURNEY THROUGH GOD’S SET ENTRANCES AND EXITS.

THE WAY ACCORDING TO GOD’S TRUTH TO BRING US TO LIFE :

JESUS  OUR GUILT OFFERING:

Jesus was a GUILT OFFERING: its Sprinkled  blood however was never taken INTO THE HOLY PLACE; so neither can the believer.

With past sins forgiven by God but not all sins, the  believer receives from God, The Spirit of Christ and places them in Christ’s Spiritual Kingdom, where they are freed  from “the dominion” of The Death Realm, BUT NOT FROM THE DEATH REALM ITSELF BECAUSE IT REQUIRES THE SIN OFFERING AND ITS POURED BLOOD TO DO THAT WORK.

The Guilt Offering and its Sprinkled blood calls for the believer to ‘GO ON’ to know Jesus as their SIN OFFERING, with its Poured blood taken into The Holy Place, where God’s Throne is.

Leviticus 5: 14-19 Leviticus 7: 1-10  Romans 8: 10 not 11   Colossian 1: 27 not 28

1 Peter 1: 2   Romans 4: 7  Colossians 1: 13-14   Colossians 2: 13    Hebrews 6: 16-19   John 14: 6

**The Guilt Offering is for Violation of God’s Holy Offerings which was carried out on behalf OF THE WORLD.  At the cross and its Sprinkled Blood’s work established deliverance from the Lake of Fire, and from THE DOMINION OF THE DEATH REALM but not the Death Realm itself, because The Body of Sin IS NOT dealt with by the work of The Guilt Offering.

Romans 8: 10 MAKES THIS VERY CLEAR ; relating to those who have Christ’s Spirit in their spirit, but do not have the Spirit of God The Father, who raised Jesus from the dead.

It is because of The Guilt Offering Work , and The Sprinkled Blood, that the believer receives The Spirit of Christ, and it is  his presence WHICH QUALIFIES THEM to  ‘go on’ in order to deal with The Body of Sin in the believer, that is dealt with by the Poured Blood of The Sin Offering.

NB. The Guilt Offering will see PAST SINS FORGIVEN : NOTALL SINS, BECAUSE  THE BODY OF SIN HAS NOT BEEN DEALT WITH WHICH WILL ONLY COME BY THE WORK OF THE BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING.

Romans 6: 6    Romans 8: 10  Galatians 1: 1  Romans 1: 3-4 Romans 3: 25

not Colossians2: 13  Romans 8: 11  Romans 4: 7 not  8.

By the work of The Sprinkled Blood of  The Guilt Offering and then The Work of The Poured Blood of The Sin Offering,  Progression and Finalisation of an “old life” is revealed, and the expectancy of being a New Creation.

John 14: 13-17    1 Corinthians 12: 3-18    Colossians 1: 27-28    Romans 8: 10-11   1 Peter 1: 2

THE POURED BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING:

It is at the time the believer calls for Baptism,  that The Poured Blood of The Sin Offering EMPOWERS The Instantaneous Spiritual Process, to proceed and sees the believer  spiritually crucified with Christ, buried in Death and raised by God, The Father from The Death Realm.

THE BODY OF SIN IS DEALT WITH ONLY BY THE POURED OUT BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING, within the “ reality work” of The  “Instantaneous Spiritual Process”, which is Spiritual, AND DOES NOT RELATE TO WATER BAPTISM OF REPENTANCE.

Leviticus 4: 3-21   John 14: 13-17   Matthew 3: 11-12    Acts 1: 4-5   Romans 6: 6    Romans 6: 3-14    Colossians 2: 9-13    Ephesians 1: 19-20   Galatians 1:1    Romans 8: 11

THE BODY OF SIN MUST BE DEALT WITH IN ORDER TO  BE RAISED BY GOD OUT OF THE DEATH REALM FOR ONE TO BE  BAPTISED WITH HOLY SPIRIT, BY CHRIST, IN ORDER TO BE THEN BAPTISED BY GOD

INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST : IN CHRIST : WHERE ALL THOSE BAPTISED ARE PLACED BY GOD THE FATHER, WHO CONFIRMS THIS BY DECLARING “ JESUS IS LORD.”

John 15: 26   1 Corinthians 12: 3   Matthew 15: 13   1 Corinthians 12 : 13   Romans 2: 29

Jeremiah 9: 25

NB. Many, from various denominations who without the teaching of Baptism with Holy Spirit, have been baptised, without asking, because Christ saw their love for him, and their hungering for more.  This is The Criteria of asking for Baptism, by Christ.

John 14: 13-17

THE BAPTISM WITH HOLY SPIRIT IS THE EVIDENCE AND FULFILMENT

OF THE WORK OF THE POURED OUT BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING WHICH IS ACTIVATED WHEN CHOOSING TO BE BAPTISED.

THOSE HAVING NO MANIFESTATION OF THE BAPTISM WITH HOLY SPIRIT HAVE NOT PARTAKEN OF THE WORK OF THE SIN OFFERING, BUT ONLY THE GUILT OFFERING AND CANNOT KNOW THE REALITY OF THE NEW COVENANT BECAUSE OF NOT KNOWING CHRIST’S FULL WORK REPRESENTED BY THE BREAD.  TOTAL NEGLECT, DENIES ONE

FROM TRULY PARTICIPATING IN COMMUNION BECAUSE THEY EAT UNWORTHILY.

Romans 8:10-11   Colossians 1: 27-28    Romans 4: 7-8   Ephesians1: 13-14

Ephesians 4: 5-6    1 Corinthians 11: 27-32

NB.*** While The Baptism with Holy Spirit gives entrance into The Most Holy Place of God’s Spiritual Temple, if the believer is trusting in Jesus as God, they are denied entrance into the Most holy Place, where God’s Throne is.

They are RESTRICTED TO THE HOLY PLACE.    They can serve as Priests throughout The Spiritual Temple, except in The Most Holy Place, because God declares that they cannot come near to serve Him nor will they know His Holy Offerings and Things, IF TRUSTING AND BELIEVING IN JESUS AS GOD.

Ezekiel 44:10-14   Isaiah 22: 20-25  Ezekiel 43:10-12   Ephesians 2: 18-22

Because of this fact, they are truly violating God’s Holy Offerings and Things and will not realise what are the promised contents of The New Covenant : to know The Father and to know His full care.   To be guilty of this neglect, even through ignorance, is to be guilty of violation of God’s Holy Things, which is ‘the sin’ of those called the world, before redemption.  It is suggested that those who are guilty of this, and would realise their error that they BE BAPTISED IN WATER TO REPENT.

To trust in Jesus as God, causes the contents of The Cup of The New Covenant to be withheld and defeats The Promise of The Poured Blood.

JESUS OUR SIN OFFERING:

Paul, in God’s Word declares that Jesus was The Sin Offering, in Romans 8: 3 -4  and Jesus  declares himself to be A SIN OFFERING, when he  spoke of his poured blood, in the establishment of communion.

While there are four Sin Offerings, detailed in Leviticus,   which all have THE BLOOD POURED, there are TWO Sin Offerings that the Blood is poured and taken into The Tent of The Meeting.

The choosing of the two Sin Offerings are in relation to whom they applied in the system of sacrifice.  Also in relation to Jesus and his death they relate to the ordinance that these two Sin Offerings, whose poured blood of the sacrifice was not eaten, but burnt and taken outside the Camp, as Jesus was taken Outside Jerusalem, where we are encouraged to go “Spiritually” in order to know the work of The Sin Offering.

Hebrews 13: 11-14  Leviticus 4: 3-12   Leviticus 4: 13-21   Romans 12:1-2

1.  The Sin Offering in relation, TO ISRAEL relates to the believer as having The Spirit of Christ.  Both areas signify a relationship with God’s agreements.

Galatians  4: 6   Colossians 1: 13-14

2.  The Sin Offering in relation THE PRIESTS relates to the believer, with Christ in them, who require the anointing of God’s Spirit, which results through the work of The Sin Offering for those with Christ in them, through The  Instantaneous Spiritual Process, of   :  Romans 6: 3-14   Colossians 2: 9-13    Philippians 3: 10

NB. The words of Jesus on the cross, saying    “It is finished,” in the light of the Sin offering and its poured blood indicated his work in God’s Plan, in dealing with the Curse upon Adam had been dealt with, but more so that The Way into God’s presence, into His Heavenly Spiritual Temple had been fully accomplished for those who were to believe in the times to come.

It does NOT infer that the belief in Jesus as one’s Lamb is the “beginning and end of it all” but one Must Go On to know Christ’s Heavenly work as Baptiser with Holy Spirit, as this is where the poured blood of The Sin Offering comes into complete operation.

The Guilt Offering deals with the Sin of being Adam’s descendant.  [The Curse]

The Sin Offering deals with the realm one is in as a descendant of Adam, and Deliverance is accomplished, when believing for Baptism with Holy Spirit.

THE ESTABLISHED WORK OF THE POURED BLOOD OF THE SIN OFFERING: BY CHRIST AS GOD’S LAMB.

Christ made the way through the heavens to The Throne of God in His Spiritual Temple.

This symbolic work was pictorially and  physically carried out in the Old Testament. Christ as The resurrected Son of God, carried this out with spiritual reality, by
spiritually sprinkling his blood, shed for God, on the doors of the Entrance to The Holy Place and The Most Holy Place, where the blood was sprinkled on The Horns of The Altar of Incense.

Hebrews 6: 19  Galatians 1: 1   Romans 1 3-4

The same blood was carried outside  to the Altar and was  poured against The Altar, giving the message of a work that is finished.  It is to The Spiritual Altar that we are to go continually, as we spiritually shed our blood, giving our lives to God, as Living Sacrifices.  Because we are in God’s Spirit and Sons and Priests, we are spiritually in The Kingdom of Heaven.  And we are there because of Christ  ‘clearing the way’  to heaven, thus fulfilling God’s Plan to open heaven, that had been closed.

John 3: 13  Matthew 13: 47-50   Ephesians 2: 6     Hebrews 9: 24

As the result of being sons of God and Priests who sit spiritually in the heavens we can  know the cleansing and purifying of our sins as we confess them, because we know we have “all our sins forgiven” by the work of the Guilt offering AND the work of The Sin Offering.   As  Sons and Priests we are  to be ‘the manifold wisdom of God to principalities and Powers’, having the armour of Truth and asking and learning from The Father Himself out from His store houses, and to do His will in all aspects of our lives.

Leviticus 4: 3-21   Leviticus 5: 14-19   Hebrews 9: 2   Ephesians 4: 5-6   Romans 12: 1-2   Romans 8: 17  1 Peter 2: 9-10   Exodus 29: 39-46    1 John 1:7-10    Ephesians 2:6    Hebrews 7: 24 -28   John 16: 13 -15    John 16: 23-28    Matthew 13: 47-52 which holds a judgement  factor   Matthew 7: 21-23

WHY HAVE WE MADE SO MUCH CONCENTRATION ON THE SIN OFFERING  AND  ITS POURED BLOOD?

Because it is the essential message of  The Gospel of God and Christ, which has been neglected to be taught through the lack of revelation by God Himself to the church.  It is the essential Spiritual Work which results in Christ’s Work as Baptiser, through The Instantaneous Spiritual Process, which is not understood as to its necessary, potent work.  This is what Jesus was referring to when he said “Not to believe and be Baptised, one is condemned.”  The believer is, while they remain in The Death Realm.  Because of this neglect, the work of The Sin Offering and its poured blood, has lost its great significance, and powerful work  for the believer. Those who have known only the work of  The Cross must go on in order to have confidence to inherit God’s full salvation. We believe that this state of affairs must be rectified.

The Message must be declared that there are :

TWO  WORKS OF SALVATION HELD IN THE ONE SACRIFICE.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN UNDERSTOOD BY SO MANY, WHO HAVE  CREATED  A DANGEROUS ASSUMPTION  BELIEVING

“JUST COME TO THE CROSS, AND YOU’RE BORN AGAIN.”

THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE BODY OF SIN AND WHERE IT HOLDS ONE AND THE  STRONG SPIRITUAL WORK OF GOD AND CHRIST, IN THE INSTANTANEOUS SPIRITUAL PROCESS, THAT WAS NECESSARY TO RAISE / SPIRITUALLY CIRCUMCISE A BELIEVER OUT OF DEATH AND TO BE PLACED IN LIFE.  TO BE PUT INTO A BODY WHERE GOD THE FATHER’S SPIRIT IS IN US, THROUGH US, AND OVER US.

ONE SACRIFICE WITH TWO WORKS, CONSEQUENTLY CREATES TWO SPIRITUAL POSITIONS.

Romans 3: 25    Galatians 3: 14   1 Peter 1: 1-2   Mark 16: 14-18   Hebrews 2:1 - 4**

*************************************************************************

THE FULL WORK OF THE BLOOD IS CONFIRMED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD

HIMSELF……….“JESUS IS LORD”………FOR THE BELIEVER.

The Sin Offering and its spiritual results which are only possible through  the work of The Sin offering are illustrated, by the context of Romans Chapter 8.

This speaks of walking in The Spirit  of God Himself and of the steps of receiving the Spirit of Christ and the Spirit of God who raised Jesus from the Dead.

Romans 8: 10 & 11    It speaks of our becoming Sons of God, and Priests, co-heirs  with Christ and how our Spiritual Adoption, and fellowship is maintained in fellowship with  both, God and Christ in us by their Spirits.  Here Christ is High Priest. Here we are Priests, able to serve God and enjoy His Holy Offerings and Holy Things, as we stand before His Throne, believing in Him as God Alone. To have faith in God as did The Holy Ones.  The God of Israel who is to be our Healer, Deliverer, Provider, Protector and as a result, the deposit of the fruit of His Spirit will remain in us.

We are to know the Prime Facts as Sons of God which is to know in all things God works for Good to those who love Him and have been called to His purposes.

We have been justified by His Faithfulness by the fulfilling of His obligatory Promises of salvation to mankind.  We, in turn, as Sons justify or fulfil our obligations of righteousness to God, to justify our inheritance, in order for Him to reciprocate to  the giving of ourselves as living sacrifices.

Romans Chp  8    Romans 8: 10-11   Romans 8: 17   Romans 8: 26-27    John 14:23

1 John 1: 3     Ephesians 3: 10-12   John 16:13-15    John 16: 23-28    John 17: 3   1 Corinthians 8: 6    Galatians 5: 16-25   1 John 2: 4-5   Ephesians 3: 14-19    Romans 12: 1-2

Matthew  26:6-13

While Jesus was in Bethany, a woman poured oil upon his head, which Jesus said related to his burial preparation.  He announced that wherever this Gospel [of his death  and resurrection] is preached, what she has done also be told in memory of her action.

By this Jesus took the opportunity to foretell his death.  When we celebrate Communion we can  spiritually recognize our continual need for  ‘self to die’ and to know its burial.

By the spiritual work of God and Christ in The “Instantaneous Process” my body of sin was buried, however in the working out of one’s salvation as Sons of God, in our walk of righteousness, this will deal with self which is to be continually buried.  We witness by our lives of victory, by overcoming, by the resurrection power that is God’s who raised Jesus and the believer out of The Death Realm.

GOD AND CHRIST’S KNOWLEDGE OF US:  Hebrews 4: 11-13

The wonderful, amazing fact is the knowledge that God has of anyone who would come in faith to Him. His knowledge was operative in The Tabernacle as to where the blood of the sacrifices were put.

Any blood taken into The Tent of the Meeting, shed in the regulations of The Guilt offering was an affront to God’s Holiness, which applied to any priest who would  enter The Tent of The Meeting and fail to wash in The Laver, they would die.  Sons of Aaron took alcohol into The Holy of Holies.  They died by fire. Man did not carry out these judgements : God did this when He saw their disobedience.   We might not see devouring fire, on the disobedient sons of God, but those who partake of Communion unworthily will become sick.

1 Corinthians 11:27-32

The same knowledge of God and Christ applies when a believer, comes in faith to the cross.  He  gave us The Spirit of Christ, and placed us in Christ’s Kingdom.  He knew when He spiritually raised us out of The Death Realm, forgiving all our sins, and Christ Baptised us with God’s own Spirit, so God then Baptised us into The Spiritual Body of Christ, where He places all those so Baptised.  This being carried out, He then confirms the work done for us by his Son, and declares “Jesus is Lord”, which is expressed in the Spiritual Language of God’s Kingdom and so then God and Christ look forward to the believer partaking of His Cup of The New Covenant Promises.

It is God and Christ’s knowledge of where each of us is spiritually, that is recorded in His Books.  Whether we are in The Courts of His Temple/ Kingdom of Christ: or The Sanctuaries / ’In Christ.’   God  knows with whom He can share His Holy Offerings and Holy Things and those with whom He cannot, as they believe Jesus to be God.

These privileges will be called to account by Christ when he judges the church.

THIS IS TO BE REMEMBERED:

The Continuing Power of Communion is its connection to the use of “The Name of Jesus” as The Bread presents, and is to display Jesus’ full work which is what “his Name” means ; and is an integral part of the Gospel of God and Christ.

It declares that we are in communion with the work of God and Christ  and in agreement with all that their work personally means, as we use his Name, and believe it to be powerful against ALL who are God’s enemies.

Philippians 1 : 29  - 2: 2    John 17: 20-26   Ephesians 6: 10-18

We are to remember The Bread is speaking of Jesus AS A MAN.   His body as The Son of Man and The Son of God and the work that he did in these positions, which is on going.   We must centre upon this, in order to understand how Jesus who had been with God in the Beginning, came and  stood in God’s place, as God’s Lamb.   And then exalted to the work as The Baptiser with Holy Spirit, as The Son of God.  Both these works which are for mankind’s Salvation is represented in The Communion Bread which we eat as a sign of  participation in his work.

As to being God’s Lamb, this gives understanding as to God’s purpose that the animals in the Old Testament  sacrifices would be man’s representative to die for the man.  Jesus as God’s Lamb died for The Father’s Purposes.  This gives the reason for God’s set precedence of an animal being accounted for in His Criteria of The Blood.

Genesis 9:5-6   Leviticus Chps 1-7

We are to remember that  We know that we have a New Name, and look forward to the time when those who overcome, Christ will make them a Pillar in the Temple of his God, because we did the will of God The Father, which is His Criteria to inherit Eternal Life.  We will be judged as to what ‘remains in us’ of God and Christ, which is The Criteria for our transformation into The Likeness of Christ.

Revelation 3: 11-12   1 John 5: 1-5   John 5: 17  Matthew 7: 21-23   1 John 2: 24-25

John 15:    Ephesians 3: 14-19  1 Corinthians 13: 12  2 Corinthians 3: 17-18

We are to remember Christ has shared his inheritance with those In Christ, calling them co-heirs with him.  He calls us his friends and his brothers who have fulfilled the commands given by him from God to us.  This especially pertains to being Baptised with Holy Spirit which is possible if we obey Christ’s commandments to love one another and forgive each other.  To neglect Baptism, one will be condemned.

***God is saying to those who are concerned as to their inheritance being available to them “You must be alive to inherit!”  Those who are still in Death cannot inherit.

Therefore it is so vital [in this life]  to choose to be Baptised with The Spirit of God as one thereby ‘chooses life’ and so be Born Again, and to be In Christ, in order to fulfil our obligations to God, to shed our blood, that is to give our ’total lives’ to Him.

 John 3: 3-6   1 Corinthians 12: 18   Colossians 1: 28   Romans 12: 1-2   Mark 16: 14-18

 Ezekiel 46: 16-18   Hebrews 2: 11   John 14: 13-15   John 13: 34    Acts 1:4-5    John 20:23

AT THE TIME OF OUR COMMUNION.

The communion is a celebration as partakers of The Cup of The New Covenant which is God’s gift to those who continually obey His Will.

The given Cup of The New Covenant given by God to us, is the confirmation of Christ’s obedience and so we drink because of our obedience to Christ’s work, as Lamb of God and as Baptiser with Holy Spirit, giving a constant recognition of all that God has  planned and purposed  for us.

Communion is a celebration of the reality OF KNOWING GOD AND CHRIST, IN US BY THEIR SPIRITS.  John 14: 23

It is IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT, The bread remains bread,  remembering that it represents Christ’s works that he did in his body.  The Cup is physical, but spiritual as we remember what God has promised us.

The Spiritual reality of Communion IS IN THE BELIEVER WHO AS A NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST, DECLARES THE ELEMENTS, TO BE SYMBOLICAL OF GOD’S WORK TO US THROUGH CHRIST.

**************************************************************************

THE BOOK OF HEBREWS; THE SUBSTANCE OF COMMUNION.

In Jesus’ establishing a remembrance of himself by  the celebration of Communion we have the book of Hebrews which fortifies all that we are to remember, in communion about Christ  which is unprecedented in other New Testament Epistles.

The message of remembrance, to be in Communion, is not to expect a Spiritual work to be done, which has already been accomplished and fulfilled.

Romans 8: 10 accomplished by faith in Jesus as God’s Lamb for man’s sin. Col. 1: 27

Romans 8: 11 accomplished by faith in Christ as Baptiser with Holy Spirit Col. 1: 28

John 14 15-23

We are to celebrate, but Communion Promises there are warnings for us who are the church, the called out ones.

The book of Hebrews which was written to Jewish Christians, who through faith in Christ’s full work, are ‘In Christ’ and are called  the Church and so the message of Hebrews is for the church ; God’s Promises and His warnings.

Hebrews  displays for us, Jesus, the one out of heaven, The Son of Man, The Son of God,  Christ and Lord and our High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.

Hebrews 1: 1-5     2: 5-18     3 : 1- 6     3: 14    5: 5 - 10    7: 28

Hebrews 1: 1-3

We see Jesus is God’s Last Word, to mankind, as The Angel of The Covenant, who came as The Son of Man telling The Way to The Father : calling Israel to repentance.

John 14: 6   Malachi 3: 1-2    John 1: 1

Hebrews 5: 7-10

It reveals Jesus as The Man, who knew what it was to be tempted, and how that he knew ’victory’ by The Power of His Father’s Spirit.

Romans 5: 15   Isaiah 7: 14   Luke 2: 52

Hebrews highlights for us the essential information of the sacrifice and the priesthood system, essentially concentrating on the work of the blood, which is the centre of the meaning of Communion, and the Cup of The New Covenant, and to those under continual commitment.

Hebrews 9 : 11-15  Hebrews 9: 16-28

Christ whom  we are to remember, must be remembered as The Pivot of our Salvation and of God’s Promises.   While Israel had a great problem with remembering and the disciples displaying the same fault : the church is not to : but let’s face it, one can only REMEMBER WHAT ONE HAS ACTUALLY KNOWN BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OR HAS LEARNT, AND REJOICES OVER WHAT HAS BEEN MADE KNOWN.   Hebrews 3: 14

Such great privileges carry responsibility, and responsibility always carries warnings  of not to neglect those responsibilities.

Hebrews 6 : 11-16

In coming to the cross by faith and Baptism with Holy Spirit and Fire, they can be seen as antidotes, as experiences known at the time, WHICH WE ARE NEVER TO FORGET to whom we have been brought.

The warning of Hebrews, is relevant to Communion which is :

“ We have come to share ‘In Christ,’ if we hold firmly to the end the confidence we had at first.”

The church in Ephesus, noted in Revelation, failed to do this.

Hebrews 2: 14   1 Corinthians 10: 14-17   Colossians 2: 23  Revelation Chps 2-3

Hebrews 2: 4

All mankind is to take note, if they would escape judgement of eternal proportions, and in particular the church who has had the message confirmed by signs and wonders, which are to continue.

Mark 16: 14-18   Hebrews 10: 26

Hebrews 2: 10-11   Hebrews 3

We are to know Jesus who calls us brothers, who was faithful to God’s appointments as The Son of Man, when God manifested Himself by His Spirit through Jesus.  This is what is expected of us as Sons of God to do the ’greater’ things, Jesus said that we would do. Jesus was truly God’s exact representation, and the radiance of God’s Glory as he revealed his God, and Father. God, by His Spirit, doing His works through Christ.

Hebrews 1: 2-3    John 14: 10-11  Colossians 1: 19   1 John 5: 1-5    John 14: 10-11

Hebrews 6  We are to remember that God is very determined as to who WILL NOT ENTER HIS REST.   AGAIN, AGAIN AND AGAIN we see exhortations and warnings to those called the church - those In Christ- those Baptised with Holy Spirit.

These are warnings for those who have not taken Christ’s full work which God has ordained as His Way to Himself.

Hebrews 10: 14  Hebrews 5: 6-11

Hebrews 6 and 12,

are the encouragement to go on to have ‘Faith in God’ and to enjoy with assurance God’s faithfulness to His Promises, which The Holy Ones basked in, and so with them we shall enter The Promised Rest of God, in His Eternal Kingdom, with Christ His Son   IF we continue.

Hebrews  Chps 7 -10 exalt Jesus as Melchizedek, The High Priest of The New Covenant.

We see the work of the blood of Christ, who offered himself unblemished to God as a Sacrifice that shall never be repeated, for those who have known its work. This is the seriousness of Communion.

Hebrews 10: 18

Hebrews 11: 16-40

God is not ashamed to be called their God for He has prepared a City for them and for us. We wait together to enter that Eternal City, The Kingdom of God.

We are to carry out this remembrance with great awe, of not only what he has done for His Father but to what The Father has exalted him to be.

We remember Christ through the means of communion, but always remembering that all praise and thanks for all things must go to God The Father, from whom we have received The Cup of the New Covenant.  Those ’In Christ’ who are called to shed their blood, by the giving of their lives to God, not in order to obtain the work of the Cross and of Baptism, by good works, but “that we ‘work out’ our salvation as Sons of God, with fear and trembling.”

We are to be ever growing in God’s teaching of righteousness, renewing our minds by changing our wills to the doing of God’s will.

Ephesians 5: 20   Hebrews 5: 13-14    Hebrews 12: 5-13    Hebrews 10:32-35   Hebrews 12:22- 28

Communion exhorts us in our remembrance of Christ to be like him, who it was declared of  him saying in Psalm 45 and quoted in Hebrews 1: 8

YOUR THRONE O GOD WILL LAST FOREVER:

This is Jesus’ cry, for His God and Father, and it is to be ours, as we remember the aims of Jesus,  when coming to Communion.

Ephesians 1: 17  I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, The Glorious

Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better.

Hebrews 13: 20  “May The God of Peace who through the blood of The Eternal Covenant brought back from the dead, our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing His will, and may He work in us what is pleasing to Him through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever Amen.
