CHRIST IN YOU -

IS NOT TO BE “IN CHRIST”

Print (Will open in a new window)

Christ in you is to have the Spirit of Christ - IN YOU.

To be  - IN CHRIST – is to be in  A PLACE.  This place is the THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST.  A body that holds those who are Baptised with Holy Spirit and have been Baptised into or placed into the right place in the Body by God The Father.

1.    To have the Spirit of Christ IN YOU – in your spirit, is NOT THE SAME as being IN CHRIST.

2.      It is ONLY IN CHRIST  that one can say with truth that they are a NEW CREATION because they have been born again of GOD’S SPIRIT.

3.      It is a MUST to first have Christ by his Spirit in your spirit in order to be Baptised with Holy Spirit by him and then to be Baptised by God the Father INTO THE SPIRITUAL BODY OF CHRIST.

Colossians 1: 27 then 28    Matthew 3: 11-12     1 Corinthians 12: 13-18

The Fundamental Evangelicals have taught that to have Christ in you, so gained by coming to the cross, believing Jesus is their sacrifice for their sin, that they now have God in them.  That this reconciles/achieves a complete work by this belief and therefore the Baptism with Holy Spirit by Christ is just a subsequent event, even to say that The Baptism with Holy Spirit is not necessary for Salvation.

It would appear that they believe they are born again by their initial coming to the cross.  They are believing that they are born again without the Baptism with Holy Spirit which is the most important element of being Born Again.

The Spirit of God who is the Living Spirit Water by which is the spiritual birth, without which one will not see The Kingdom of God and so will NOT ENTER THE ETERNAL KINGDOM OF GOD.

For now without the Baptism with Holy Spirit they will not be In Christ nor know God’s Spirit over, through and in them.

John 3: 3-8      John 7: 37-39      John 1: 29-33      Acts 2: 31-36     Ephesians 4: 5-6

By ignoring the Baptism with Holy Spirit they are ignoring the work of Jesus as Christ and Lord; an appointed work given to him by God, to do upon those who have repented, are redeemed and who have Christ in them by believing initially in Jesus as their Saviour.

Acts 2: 31-36      Galatians 3: 14       Acts 20: 21

By believing in Jesus as their Lamb they have past sins forgiven,   not all sins.

Romans 3: 25    NOT Colossians 2: 9-13

Christ’s righteousness covering them   but they are not given God’s righteousness.

Romans 4:7  NOT  4: 8     Romans 3: 21-22     Philippians 3: 9     Romans 8: 10  NOT 11

They are in Christ’s Kingdom             but  NOT           The Kingdom of Heaven.

Colossians 1: 13-14     Matthew 13: 37-42                     Ephesians 2: 6    Matthew 13: 47-50

They have received gifts for ministry from Christ,  but  NOT GOD’S SPIRITUAL GIFTS from God.  Both are supposed to  WORK TOGETHER.

Ephesians 4: 7-11     1 Corinthians 12: 3-11     1 Corinthians 12: 27-31

They have been delivered from The Lake of Fire,  BUT NOT from the possibility of Outer Darkness or the Fiery Furnace.  They have been delivered from the DOMINION of darkness of the Death Realm, which all men live in  but  NOT FROM THE DEATH REALM itself.         Colossians 1: 13-14      Romans 8: 10       Matthew 13: 37-42

This is why Jesus said, that those who fail to be Baptised  are condemned, because when one comes to Baptism with Holy Spirit, believing for Christ to do this, they will be subjected to a strong SPIRITUAL, INSTANTANEOUS, PROCESS.

THIS POWERFUL, SPIRITUAL, INSTANTANEOUS PROCESS WILL SEE THE PERSON SPIRITUALLY DYING, BAPTISED INTO DEATH, RAISED OUT OF IT BY GOD THE FATHER AND THEN BAPTISED WITH HOLY SPIRIT BY CHRIST, BECAUSE THE BODY OF SIN HAS BEEN DEALT WITH BY THE INSTANTANEOUS SPIRITUAL PROCESS BY WHICH WE ARE RAISED OUT OF DEATH AND ENTER LIFE.

Those with Christ in them are in the position of being condemned but those who are In Christ because of Baptism with Holy Spirit; they are under NO CONDEMNATION, as they have known Spiritual Circumcision from Death into Life and Light itself.  They have received the Praise of God.  He has testified by His Spirit through the believer ‘Jesus is Lord’.

Mark 16: 14-16    John 14: 13-17     Matthew 3: 11-12    Galatians 2: 20    Romans 6: 3-14      Colossians 2: 9-13  (note how to be In Christ).         Romans 2: 29     Romans 8: 1-2

John 15: 26     1 Corinthians 12: 3     Romans 10: 9

To have Christ’s Spirit in you makes your spirit alive by his presence and his righteousness.  BUT NOTE  that your body is  DEAD BECAUSE OF SIN.   Romans 8:10

The Body of Sin must be dealt with.  It is not dealt with when one comes to the cross from out of the unbelieving world.  Adams sin must be dealt with FIRST, and then it is for the believer to die in submission to the One True God and have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.  One is to die and to obey Christ’s commands, which are:  to love one another, to forgive one another and to be Baptised with Holy Spirit.

John 14:15    John 13: 34    John 15: 12-15     Acts 1:4-5

When one comes to ask Christ, who lives in them to Baptise with Holy Spirit, it is the going on in faith and submission to the WAY, to the Father.  It is also the only Way to know that one is out of Death and in Life:  BORN AGAIN BY GOD’S SPIRIT into which we are Baptised by Christ.

Romans 3: 25     Matthew 3: 11-12

The ONLY WAY for this to occur is through the INSTANTANEOUS SPIRITUAL PROCESS which is described in Romans 6: 3-14,  Colossians 2: 3-14.

By this work the Body of Sin is dealt with.  Romans 6: 6.  This is in order for the believer to know The presence of God The Father in them, through them and over them, making their mortal bodies ALIVE,  in order to be Born Again by The SPIRITUAL LIVING WATER which is THE SPIRIT OF GOD THE FATHER.

Romans 8: 11    Ephesians 4: 5-6    John 3: 3-8   John 7: 37-39    Acts 2: 4    Acts 2: 31-36

One must have Romans 8: 10 to gain 8: 11  to say Romans 8: 9a, all of which is to deal with Romans 8: 10a  BY Romans 6: 6.

Romans 8: 10  But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.                 to gain

Romans 8: 11  And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.

to say Romans 8: 9a   You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you.

all of which is to deal with Romans 8: 10a  But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin,

BY Romans 6:6   For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—

The Body of sin must be spiritually circumcised in order to be Baptised with Holy Spirit, in order to be Baptised into the Spiritual Body of Christ, in order to be co-heirs with Christ as sons of God.  To be In Christ, the place where God plants those Baptised with Holy Spirit.

Romans 8: 9-11      Galatians 1: 1     Acts 20: 21     John 14: 13-17      Romans 6: 6      Romans 8: 12-17     Matthew 15: 13      Romans 2: 29     Jeremiah 9: 25.

Those who have Christ only in them, because of not being Baptised with Holy Spirit, know him as their MEDIATOR because they have  NOT COME TO THE FATHER, which is God’s intention through the work of His Son.

By love and obedience to Christ, The Son of God, those who belong to him because of not being yet Baptised will hear God’s Will through Christ.  They will NOT hear FROM GOD THE FATHER HIMSELF.  They will be hindered until they can know The Father and know the blessings of the New Covenant and the promises of In Christ.

The reason is that only God the Father can be our healer, deliverer, provider, protector.  Only God the Father can teach Truth and give revelation and most importantly it is only from the Father that we gain His Will in order to be able to do it,  to inherit Eternal Life.  For without hearing ourselves and the doing of God’s Will, WE WILL NOT INHERIT ETERNAL LIFE.

Romans 8: 26-27     1 Corinthians 2: 10     John 16: 13-15.

It is only by the power of God’s Spirit that we can be over-comers and therefore receive the promise to over-comers who hear what The Spirit says to those who are the church, those who are In Christ.

Revelation Chap. 2 & 3    John 14: 13-15     Acts 1: 4-5    John 13: 34    Hebrews 8: 10-13 Hebrews 10: 15-18      Romans 8: 12-18

It is essential that a man is a Son of God, a co-heir with Christ in order to hear and to do God’s Will: fulfilling our obligations to Him because without this we will not inherit Eternal Life.  Doing God’s Will is the criteria of gaining Eternal Life.

Matthew 7: 21-23**

It is essential that a believer  trusts in God The Father as God alone and NOT in Jesus as God because it will limit the Baptised believer to serving in the Temple but they will not be allowed to come near to God nor His Holy Offering and Things.

Ezekiel 44: 10-14     Ephesians 2: 13-22     Isaiah 22: 20-25     John 17: 3

1 Corinthians 8: 6

The full work of Jesus as Lamb of God and as Christ and Lord, Baptiser with Holy Spirit, is what the conditions of God are that a man will not perish if He believes.  John 3:16.

Believe and repent towards God and have faith in the full work of Christ.

His work is not partial but must be totally fulfilled in the believer in order to have the hope to see and to enter The Eternal Kingdom of God.

A partial work of Christ known by any believer, denies Christ’s work and frustrates God’s purposes for a mans full salvation.  Eternal Life will be denied.

John 1: 29-33     Acts 2: 31-36       Acts 1:4-5

It is those that are In Christ who will be raised first to be judged by Christ, in order that those who do God’s Will, shall inherit and will reign with Christ for 1,000 years.  Those who believer in the cross only and who do not go on, those in Christ’s Kingdom, shall be judged by Christ’s angels and finally by God Himself after the 1,000 years.

1 Thess 4: 16     2 Corinthians 5:10     Matthew 13: 47-50     Matthew 7: 21-23

Revelation 19: 11-16    Revelation 20: 4 & 6     Revelation 20: 5      Matthew 13: 37-42       Revelation 20: 11-12

Those In Christ will not be raised just to receive their rewards.  Only those who have done the Will of the Father, knowing Him as God alone who shall inherit.  The others shall be cast into the Fiery Furnace.

Matthew 7: 21-23      Matthew 13: 47-50

Those with Christ alone in them, those of Christ’s Kingdom will face the accusation of being condemned and those who have done evil, Christ’s angels will cast them into the Fiery Furnace.  Others will receive final judgement from God.

Mark 16: 14-16    Matthew 13: 37-42     Revelation 20: 11-12

To be In Christ is a work and a place that must be known here and now.  It must be taught and preached in order that those not In Christ will come to be perfected and to know the Living God, our God and Father and Christ his Son and be in fellowship with them.  I John 1: 3

It is The Father’s delight that we should be knowing and hearing His Will in all these areas of our lives, all to the glory of God who planned such a wonderful salvation.

Colossians 1: 27-28

Warning is given to those who do not continue in faith and obedience.

Colossians 1: 23      Hebrews 6: 1-12

WE ARE NEW CREATURES  ‘IN CHRIST’  AND NOWHERE ELSE.

By receiving the Spirit of Christ

a person’s spirit is made alive.

They are set free from the DOMINION OF DARKNESS.

They are set free from the JUDGEMENT OF HELL.

They are placed in the Kingdom of Christ and belong to him.

They are covered with Christ’s Righteousness.

They are qualified to come to God Himself,

through the other work of Christ as

Baptiser with Holy Spirit.

They must deal with the Body of Sin spiritually:

if they would be raised by God and placed In Christ.    Romans 8:10-11

Col 1:27-28     Gal 1:1

WE ARE NEW CREATURES, ‘IN CHRIST’.

We are New Creatures In Christ, which is to be In the Spiritual Body of believers who have been Baptised with Holy Spirit.    2 Corinthians 5:17

We have been Spiritually Circumcised from the Death Realm and into the Realm of Life, because we are In The Spirit of God The Father.   Ephesians 4: 5-6

This occurred by The Instantaneous Spiritual Process by the work of The Father and of the Son.

Romans 2: 29     Romans 6: 3-14     Colossians 2: 9-13

We have gained entrance into The Sanctuaries of The Spiritual Temple, which is in The Heavenlies, which is why it is said that we sit ‘in the heavenly places’ as we are in The Kingdom of Heaven.

Ephesians 2: 6     Matthew 13: 47-50    Ephesians 2: 18-22    1 Peter 2: 4-11

We have come Spiritually to Mt Zion, the Heavenly Jerusalem and the city of The Living God.  This is the place which is prophetically explained in Ezekiel’s Spiritual Temple.

Hebrews 12: 22-24    Ezekiel 43: 6-12

EZEKIEL’S SPIRITUAL TEMPLE:   Chapters 40 – 47, is a Spiritual Temple where there is the reality of God and of Christ as well as the earthy reality of those who dwell in it spiritually.

A very clear picture of progress is seen of the Courts (The Kingdom of Christ) and that how through Christ (The Prince), one gains entrance into The Sanctuaries.  Not by the blood of sheep or of goats but because of the Son offering of Jesus as God’s Lamb, the believer can enter right into The Sanctuaries, into the very Throne Room of The Father with the Son on his right hand.

The believer is to become a ‘Living Sacrifice’ to be crucified spiritually with Christ and to be raised up and placed in Life by The Father.  The description of Romans 6: 3-14 compliments the Truth of Ezekiel’s Temple and the process described in Ezekiel.

Romans 12: 1    Galatians 1:1    Ezekiel 44: 5    Ezekiel 43: 10-12

Ezekiel 40: 1-4 tells us how someone like The son of Man revealed the Temple to Ezekiel, and how important it was that he looked with his eyes, heard with his ears and paid attention to everything he was told and all that he was to see.  This is what we are to do.

There are the Courts, Outer and Inner;  there are The Sanctuaries, Outer and Inner.

The unbaptised are confined to the Outer Court until they would come up to the Inner Court in order to gain entrance into the Sanctuaries.

Ezekiel 41: 15-26   Here we see into The Spiritual Sanctuaries.  Their walls are covered in wood.

The walls of the Tabernacle were linen.  The walls of Solomon’s Temple were stone, lined with wood, covered with gold.  Great ornamentation of precious metal in both of them; yet the way was closed to God’s presence except to an appointed Priest and with stringent stipulations and regulations.  The walls are wood in the Spiritual Temple, into which we have come.  No gold, no bronze, nothing more needed because we are in the presence of GOD The Father, in His Spirit, the Gold is to be our obedience to Him.

Only in the Sanctuaries do we see carvings of cherubim with the face of a man and a lion, which speaks of the person of Christ and his progressive positions from the Angel of the Lord to man to King.  This speaks of the full work of Christ, which those in the Sanctuaries must know in order to have gained entrance to the Sanctuaries.

There is a table that was an altar and is said to be the table before The Lord.

There are neither utensils nor accessories as in The Tabernacle and Solomon’s Temple.

Just a table, which speaks of fellowship, which speaks of a satisfactory relationship between The Father and the believer: an established relationship.

Ezekiel 41: 1-7   Here we see all around the Temple, rooms which represent the believer’s place in the Sanctuaries.  These rooms gain in width as they ascend which is to speak of growth in the knowledge of God and His Son.  As the Palm trees are carved in great profusion in the Sanctuaries they represent the fact that all who gain revelation shall gain it from God Himself as every frond on the tree grows from the very centre.  This is the only way in which we shall grow and expand in Spiritual Understanding.

John 16: 13-15    1 Corinthians 2: 9-10     Ephesians 1:17

Ezekiel 43: 5-6   Now we come outside The Sanctuaries, to the Inner Court.  Ezekiel in the Inner Court outside the Sanctuary hears a voice from within the Sanctuary.  Read 43: 7-12**

It is clear that God’s Throne is in the Sanctuaries and that Christ sits at His right Hand.

God gives strong words to Ezekiel for all who are in the Sanctuaries.

REVILE ALL IDOLS  Do not make any other way to The Father, setting up a way as it were next to Him, believing that any other way is satisfactory.  Twice the Exits and the Entrances are amplified, along side the fact that those who serve Idols may serve in The Temple but never serve The Father Himself or His Holy Offerings and Things.

Chapter 44: 10-14.

Any continual trust in any other as God is blasphemy in His sight.   Isaiah 22: 20-25

Ezekiel 43: 13.  We are still Outside, in the Inner Court.  Read from verse 21 which is the place where a believer is to know the work of The Instantaneous Spiritual Process and then the Baptism with Holy Spirit and Fire.

We are still at the Gate/Door outside the Outer Sanctuary.  Ezekiel 44: 1  This is where the Prince sits and no one can enter through the Gate/Door into the Sanctuaries except with him.    Ezekiel 44: 4

It is the Romans 6: 3-14 and Colossians 2: 19 work that gives entrance through Christ who is the Door/Gateway to The Father who dwells in the Sanctuaries.

Note the warnings of Ezekiel 44: 5-16.  Note MY TABLE that is God’s, is a place of Fellowship.  When we come to be Baptised with Holy Spirit and Fire, we came to the Prince, as living sacrifices, we were raised up and Baptised with Holy Spirit and Fire and given entrance into The Sanctuaries.

John 14: 13-23    Acts 2: 31-36    John 1: 29-33    John 14: 6    Mark 16: 16-18

We are to go with him through into The Inner Sanctuary to the Mountain of God.

This is why the writer of The Hebrews said that ‘we have come’ to The Mountain, in order to fulfil the Law of The Temple.  WE MUST COME TO IT.  This can only be accomplished by those In Christ, who worship the Father as God alone and believe in His Son whom we are to be like and to do the Father’s Will in order to inherit Eternal Life.

Matthew 7: 21-23     2 Corinthians 2: 14-17
